It all began when actor Harry Morgan encouraged Charlotte Morgan to give voice to her creative talents. Charlotte came up with the idea of developing fun and entertaining videos that depicted politics, current events, and personal issues pertaining to their pets. This is how Perky Productions began over 12 years ago – as a concept put into action.
